[Case Study] CASE06: Metal Oil Cutting Parts Factory, Company F

No problem even if the specified quantity is full! A cleaning machine that does not fall under the Fire Service Act, using next-generation cleaning agents for drainage.

Company F is engaged in the machining of metal parts. Before proceeding to the next process after machining, intermediate cleaning is necessary; however, the factory was already at full capacity with the specified amount of cutting oil. Therefore, we used our non-combustible detergent "HA-IS16" for cleaning. This product is a non-halogen, non-flammable solvent that does not fall under the Fire Service Act, but it is not a water-based cleaning agent. Its cleaning performance is superior to that of water-based cleaners, and it is capable of vacuum cleaning and accommodating multiple shapes. Additionally, since it can be regenerated through distillation, there is no need for replacing the cleaning agent or wastewater treatment, thus reducing running costs.
